What is store.woltpartner.se

store.woltpartner.se is a webshop administrated by Wolt Sverige AB for Courier Partners on the Swedish Wolt Platform. The main purpose of this website is to create an easy and smooth process of acquiring, exchanging, and returning Wolt Gear. 

Wolt delivery equipment 

The webshop offers products we believe will make the experience of delivering with Wolt even better. The Wolt delivery bags comply with Swedish food regulations and provide a safe choice for anyone who wants to deliver food on the Wolt Platform.  

Who can order Wolt gear? 

The webshop displays a selection of Goods made for Wolt Courier Partners who have access to the Wolt platform and are registered and approved by Wolt Operations team to do deliveries in Sweden, this means that you can only order gear once you are done with your onboarding. 

Do Courier Partners need to acquire Wolt gear? 

 A courier partner does not need to acquire gear specifically from Wolt or any of its subsidiaries but does require to have a food delivery bag approved for food delivery within Sweden. Wolt Operations team will ask for proof of such gear before being allowed on the platform. If you are unsure if you have the correct gear in order to start deliver then feel free to contact partnerssweden@wolt.com

Is the gear on this website free? 

The gear is connected to a deposit system. Meaning we will NOT charge you any money when you order gear. Instead, when you order gear a total and maximum of 500SEK will be deducted from your future earnings on your Wolt Account and returned back whence the gear has been returned to us. 

What if I need to exchange an old item for a new item? 

We do not allow any courier to have more than one quantity of any item except the car delivery bag which is delivered as two bags. When we have received the return gear from you you will be allowed to put in another order. 

Who handles my online order? 

Our warehouse partner will pack your order and UPS will ship your order to the nearest UPS pick-up point or directly to your address. 

Are there any delivery charges for ordering or returning? 

No, Wolt will carry any delivery or return charge.  

How long will it take before my order arrives? 

It can take up to 2-5 business days for you to recieve your gear.  

I have ordered my gear but have not received a UPS notification

 It can take up to 48 hours for you to get your first notification from the delivery company UPS. 

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an e-mail from UPS where you can track your order with your order number.  

How can I cancel my order?

How can I return unwanted items? 

 

I have received a damaged or faulty item. 

Send us a picture of the damage or faulty item on partnerssweden@wolt.com and we will help you to replace it.

 

How do I exchange old gear for new gear? 

 

How do I return gear so I can get my deposit back? 

Here comes the process:

1. Click on the link below, it will redirect you to the return page.

2. At the return page you will first have to answer some questions and then you will be able to fill out a return sheet. Please note that the information provided must be the same as the information registered on your courier partner profile.

Once you click on ‘create return’ a QR code will be sent to your phone number and e-mail.

3. You will need to pack your gear in a box and tape it up (If you have a bike bag, please remove the inner walls to make it easier to fold smaller).

4. You can take the box to a Postnord office, show the QR code and they will ship it to us. And do not worry, you will not need to pay anything for shipping.

5. When I have received the gear I will update your Wolt Profile.
